You will be part of a strong team of tutors who dedicate themselves to ensuring that learning for each student is flexible with an individualised approach.
We are looking for someone who:

can deliver vibrant and engaging lessons using a calm approach
You will be expected to work on a 1:1 or very small group basis with your students. You will be given schemes of work to inspire your lessons, however, you will also work to further develop the resources and opportunities. You will meet with the team at least weekly, if not daily. If you are not teaching on the school site, you must be willing to travel to your student’s designated learning venue. This may be in the community or in their home. We need you to build self-belief and confidence in our students whilst creatively ensuring progress in their learning.
